you can still do no contact with boundaries. just means only talking about the kid. nothing extra. no memory lane, no “just checking in.”
i didn’t block but i muted everything. when it hurt too much,i’d text a friend first so i wouldn’t spiral.
i blocked him. didn’t care if it made things harder. every time his name popped up it felt like my chest caved in. he found ways to reach me anyway. they always do.
