sounds like they still miss her voice in the room. or maybe just the feeling of being seen. both are brut
i remember that feeling. wanting to share something funny or stupid with him then remembering i couldn’t. everything felt dull for a while.
i used to stare at my phone thinking maybe she'd check in. she didn’t. kept living like i never mattered. pissed me off how easy it was for her.
