sometimes people break no contact just to confirm it’s really over. like the silence has to feel final before they can move on.

i remember that feeling. my chest hurt so bad it felt like i had to do something. you’re not weak for reaching out.

i broke it once and felt stupid right after. didn’t even get the reply i thought i would. just silence.

Don't do it. You'll regret it.

stay strong, you can push through the urge. you don’t deserve that kind of love, you deserve more

don't break no contact. that will just cause more harm. push forward knowing you are deserving of more than someone who only wants to dim your light.

it'll hurt, but if you fight it you'll build that tolerance and it will get easier.
