I'm on day 38 of no contact. He has texted me twice in the past two weeks. I have completely ignored his texts. I can't figure out if his reasons were legit or he was just wanting to reach out to me. It has honestly really messed me up. I was doing OK before, but now I am spiraling. I don't have any urge to contact him because he really hurt me bad. I wish I could just get over this already. it's been 3 months. We were together for 7 years, so I guess it's going to take a while.

38 days no contact and still holding it. even with the texts. that says a lot more than the spiral does.
mine texted today saying " I miss you " I did what he used to do blueticked him.Weve been together for 4 years and this time I'm not breaking no contact for a person that will break my heart after having false hopes it's enough

7 years is real. your brain probably still looks for him out of habit. doesn’t mean you’re going backwards. just healing in weird shapes.
i went 42 days once. thought i was fine. then he texted hope you’re good and my brain flipped. like no actually i’m not good. you made sure of that.
