Today was a good day. I forced myself to get up early and go to yoga class. Then I spent 30 minutes on the rowing machine. After that I hung out with my sister all day. I posted some pictures on fb of our adventures and I got a notification that my ex liked my post. When I went to the post, he no longer liked it. I guess he didn't want me to know that he was looking at my page. Too late! Now I know he is trolling my fb page. He sees that I am out living my best life while he is home alone. Good riddance. My how the tables have turned. Hope he now realizes how badly he screwed up.

i remember when mine did that. it messed with my head a little, but also weirdly gave me peace. like, yeah, i’m healing.
he used to leave me on read when i was crying. now he’s stalking my stories like it means something. whatever.
mine used to do that sh*t too. like something at 2am then vanish. made my skin crawl. don’t let the silent creeping fool you .. they’re not over it, they’re just too proud to admit it. keep posting. burn baby burn

this happened to me too. one second he liked a reel of me smiling, next second it was gone. honestly felt like a glitch at first but nah, they just peek in and panic. let him watch. whatever story he tells himself, you’re not in it the same way anymore.
