he used to talk every day. some people don’t realize how much silence can feel like withdrawal.
And when you in no contact i picture it like a person who want to stop using drugs because other part says let me not , but other side just for the last time let me text him😮💨, but the day we will stop , we will not believe it
7 days is huge. i remember when one hour felt impossible. proud of you for noticing it. that's real progress.
