I have treated myslef to some reading material to

maybe it’s not about finishing the books. maybe just owning them feels like choosing yourself for once.

i remember doing that. anything to feel a little less lost. some pages helped. some just sat there but it still felt like something.

i tried that too. bought a stack of books like they were gonna fix the ache. read 3 pages and cried. still kept buying more.
