It has been 2 weeks of no contact. I never ever thought i could have done this. I am so glad he didn't broke the no contact too otherwise i would have not get the courage to do so. Just trust the timing it WILL BE FINE. I am live proof of this.

yes. It is so liberating
i remember feeling shaky every night at the start. waking up and realizing i made it another day felt huge.
