Ok. hope this isn't to long. My ex was in contact with her ex through the whole thing. Normally that doesn't bother me but I know my ex well and she needs lots of attention and validation so I know she was getting it from her when I was busy with kids or work. When we were together and she got a text she would say...oh it will just be rach. and then if it wasn't say. oh I out myself in it for nothing. Last night her ex came up on my suggested friend's on facebook. what's that about? Also please stop me from sending a stupid message telling her good luck with her or some snide remark. help

i remember wanting to send that one last sarcastic text. glad i didn’t. it only would’ve made me feel worse after.
i used to imagine throwing my phone at the wall when i saw his name pop up on her screen. still kinda wish i had.
I haven't but she manages to find someway to contact me that I have forgotten to block. grrr
Please resist the temptation to reach out to her. You will not get the reaction or response you are looking for and it will just make you feel worse. Plus you have to start all over with no contact. She doesn't deserve anything from you. Focus on you and your healing.
