Day 19- no contact: time flies! i realize i am triggered to contact at night. so i have to double my effort at the time when i least have the energy. we have to persevere!!! they are not god! we are the master of our lives!!!!!!

ive been begging for crumbs for almost 6 months. id stop then return. but this time i am determined to stop! so finally i am really taking steps to be more mindful
i used to fall asleep with my phone in my hand. i started leaving it in the kitchen so i could rest.
nights were the worst for me too. i’d stare at my phone like an idiot, waiting for something that never came.
