today is day5 of no contact. my friend sent me a screenshot showing that my ex posted his current girlfriend the one he cheat on me with. and I felt nothing unlike before, does that that mean I'm healing? what does it mean?

could be the brain protecting itself. sometimes when people get drained enough the reaction just isn’t there anymore.
maybe it’s just your heart resting a bit. feelings don’t always disappear at once, sometimes they just go quiet for a while.
i remember seeing mine post her like it was a prize. told myself i didn’t care but it still sat in my chest all night.
while it may not seem like it you are starting the process of healing. sometimes we celebrate the small things because each achievement is important.
im on day 5 also, and feeling the same. yesterday he sent me a huge long email pretty much talking smack about everything about me, and telling me how much better the girl he's seeing now is, and that he'd been on bumble the whole time we were together. I just rolled my eyes. I could just care less lol. Were getting there one day at a time ❤️ it will come and go im sure, but there's light at the end of the tunnel

yes it does mean that you are starting to heal though you may find yourself feeling a lot sometime again cos healing isnt linear
