hey guyz it's my day 12 today , I use to ask myself how could a person make it to day 12 while I'm struggling with a day , but look at me day 12 at the moment I'm taking it as an achievement it doesn't matter how small it is but I'm proud.

day 12 felt like crawling out of a fire for me. i couldn’t even eat right. every hour felt like a week.
Everyday is an achievement, waking up and doing the things that you need to do is something to be proud of. Stay strong, we're all going to get over it
