changing background / turn on or off dissapearing messages in instagram in my ex's chat Is breaking no contact? i mean, ITS a notification that can show "seen 4 minutes ago". she just turned off dissapearing messages (by accident i think) AND i just thought to make the same, but in porpouse... with 4 min difference.

i get it, even tiny things feel like a way to still be connected. i used to hover over the block button for hours.
i used to mess with settings like that just to see if they’d notice. felt petty but i didn’t care back then.
my heart Is at full speed.. i think im regretting to do that
