the picture didn’t land the way it used to. maybe your mind’s finding other things to care about

i remember that shift. it didn’t mean i was over it. just meant my heart was tired of hurting the same way.

when i saw mine post her the first time i felt like my chest caved in. now i just scroll past. guess it’s just dead.
