uhhh, i wouldnt say the reason is manipulation, at all. there Is this idea that when its the birthday of an ex, even if you broke up recently, you can send a messages like "happy birthday, etc etc" It can be in a friendly way, just to wish a good day AND keep no contact. sayingchappy birthday yo an ex its common, so she maybe thought you would do that. It wasnt necessarily that the picture had to be the reason
