I just so missing her right now and I can do nothing about it

i get that. i used to miss my ex so bad i’d just sit in silence and let it wash over me. it’s rough when the only thing you want is the one thing you can’t have.

i remember staring at my phone like an idiot, knowing she wasn’t gonna text. felt like my chest was caving in. i hated how powerless it made me feel.

I feel the same way and there's nothing I can do about it. Just feel the feelings while trying to move on with life.
