I got to go on a date last night and I felt happy like a school girl giggles and smile happy

i had this one dinner where i couldn’t stop smiling either, it felt so light after months of dragging sadness around.

first date after my breakup, i laughed too much just to prove i was fine. on the way home i felt like i cheated on my old self.
