I'm about to inter my second month of no contact thank god I stopped crying ( for those who are on their first weeks , trust me it gets easier with time , the tears dries and hopfully the heart ache too , I'm proud of myslef for staying alive during this month cause all I was thinking about is ki##ing myself but here I am , although I've posted a love poem last night and he saw it , but it still don't mean we should get back , it just to remind him that I still love and appreciate what he had done for me

i can feel how much this month cost you, it’s okay to still feel love for someone while keeping yourself safe, you survived the dark days and that matters
damn, i get that, i spent nights wishing i wouldn’t wake up too, and just being alive felt like a win, posting stuff just to let them see you still feel it, i did that too and it stung when it didn’t change a thing
