30 Days- No contact— i removed ALL my social medias and they helped my remove the appetite to impress anyone, especially her. i did not want to make her feel that everything is between us. i just wanted to move on. i went back to my core. i started doing morning devotion and it has been calming me and giving me direction for each day. i started to look at each day, 1 day at a time, not just to move on but in all matters. i exercised less. i used to exercise for 5 hours to numb the pain. now i focused on other things like my work, taking care of my house, eating healthy and having new passion. now i have no desire to contact her! i wont! TYL! all the best to all the others who were dumped out there! we’ll make it through!

sounds like you found little routines that actually hold you steady. i did the same with small things like making my bed and eating on time. it felt boring at first but it built me back up slowly.
deleting everything too. it wasn’t about peace, i just couldn’t stand seeing her face pop up. felt like poison. i hated how i used to bend my whole day around her. now i don’t even scroll, it’s quieter but also kind of empty sometimes.

getting off socials was awesome for my mental health, especially when your ex is with a new partner, gives you space to heal without constant comparisons of other couples or people taking trips, or even accidently seeing your ex with someone new
