hey. it's almost six days and to be honest, today's off to a rough start. I hope tomorrow is better than today because I can't even get him off my mind. am going to try going for a walk or taking myself out on a date later on in the day to see if I feel better. wish me luckšŸ¤ž

walks helped me too. even if i cried through half of it, it gave me a break from staring at the same walls. a little fresh air is better than sitting in the same thoughts.

I took myself on a date today! It's day 5 for me. I went to the theater and walked in the park, and It was hard cause that was my first time going out alone like ever. It might cross your mind, but it honestly will make you feel better. You can treat yourself and you won't be unsatisfied cause you know what you want and needšŸ˜‚ It showed me that I CAN do this alone. I CAN have fun. He doesn't need to be off your mind. my man hasn't left mine. you just need to remind yourself that you're a baddie and now you can reach your full potentialšŸ’… no boundaries, no limits. it's ALL about you girl. So take yourself out on a nice date, surround yourself with people if you can, and always keep busy. it hits the most when you're doing nothing, which sucks bc you don't want to do anything when you're heartbroken🄺 good luck my love I believe in youā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

i remember that first week, felt like my brain was broken. i’d do something normal then boom he was back in my head like i never left him. i hated how little control i had.
