walks helped me too. even if i cried through half of it, it gave me a break from staring at the same walls. a little fresh air is better than sitting in the same thoughts.
I took myself on a date today! It's day 5 for me. I went to the theater and walked in the park, and It was hard cause that was my first time going out alone like ever. It might cross your mind, but it honestly will make you feel better. You can treat yourself and you won't be unsatisfied cause you know what you want and needš It showed me that I CAN do this alone. I CAN have fun. He doesn't need to be off your mind. my man hasn't left mine. you just need to remind yourself that you're a baddie and now you can reach your full potentialš no boundaries, no limits. it's ALL about you girl.
