when i stopped looking at her page, it wasn’t because i got stronger. it was cause i realized i never once felt better after checking. it was always worse, no exceptions.

i know that sting. i’d open his profile and just sit there comparing myself to strangers. what helped me was giving my account to a friend for a while so i couldn’t even log in. it gave my brain a break.
