He reached out today. Does it mean my no-contact streak is broken?

you’re asking if it resets. i think it depends on what you wanted from the streak in the first place. for me, i kept counting until i replied.

i still counted my days because i didn’t break first. it still mattered to me that i stayed quiet till he showed up.

mine got in touch after 2 weeks and i was so pissed at myself for even opening the message. felt like all the days i forced myself not to reach out were wasted.
