I keep checking his profile every few minutes, and sometimes I even click the follow button, only to remove it immediately. I really don’t know why I do this. Should I block him? But whenever I think about blocking him, my heart aches. He has even blocked me once on Instagram (after I begged, he unblocked me) and on WhatsApp I am already kind of blocked and he’s also removed me from Snapchat.

what you wrote sounds like a tug of war in your head. wanting to block wanting to stay connected. i remember doing that same back and forth and it drained me more than i expected.

hi, tbh blocking doesn't help it, you will just unblock him back if it gets too frustrating. Try this, get a hair band or an elastic band and everytime snap it at your wrist when you want to check his profile, it has worked for me in the beginning, try to watch something that just blurs your mind, or head out for a walk without your phone go into the park or a forest and write whatever you are feeling in a book. it will be fine, you got this :)

i begged too felt pathetic after. he blocked me everywhere and i still kept crawling back. every time i clicked follow again i hated myself more.
