i was in relationship with 4 years ,A committed one we both were only focused on eachother,career,family .But as the long distance started from this January a lot fight up and down happened we started learning,everything was fine till july 27’ and in just one night everything changed her mindset her promises and that is just after her job started. And from that day still today she just cutt meoff and she doesn’t even give a shit about my feelings my pain .She just said i dont want you anymore aand the main part i wanted to ask you that from that day in each 5 days she gave a new reason to breakup first our thinking doesn’t match, you are a toxic, u r insecure ,my health issue is damaging because of relationship, and she says due to family and beside all of it i see her going out ,scrolling insta ,hanging out with her 25/30 days friends and what not and im just at my verge and i really dont have anyone to tell all of this and in a instant she just went like my only pillar was she and she left me like this

reading this it sounds like you were carrying all the weight while she kept shifting blame. i’ve seen that pattern the constant changing reasons. it usually says more about her state than yours.
i remember that drop when someone goes from caring every day to acting like you don’t matter at all. it leaves you spinning. i used to stare at my phone waiting hoping she’d explain for real but nothing came.
she threw me out like i was nothing. i got the same random reasons too like every few days the story changed. it made me feel insane like i was the problem while she was just out laughing with new people.
