we don't interact and most times it's me who sees him from behind and not vice versa that I know of. And obviously we haven't spoken since 3 months ago.

i went through that too, same school, same silence. i counted it as no contact because we weren’t speaking. it still hurt seeing him, but not engaging was something i held on to.
when i had to see my ex in the hallway every day i wanted to smash my phone after. felt like no contact didn’t matter cuz his face was still in my day. it pissed me off that i couldn’t escape.
