I started the no contact and was good for 3.5 weeks, and then I broke it. We got back together, and it lasted 2 months and now I’m starting no contact all over. 5 days in and it feels like forever! my goal is to make it 3 weeks. and then another week and then another.

3 weeks then a reset then another try. the numbers become their own game after a while.
the first week felt endless, then slowly it got less sharp. i used to just tell myself “just get through today” instead of the whole stretch.
i broke no contact so many times. thought i was strong then folded. it pissed me off how fast i went back. every time felt like starting over at day one.
Looking back at it do you wish you had done anything different? Don’t feel bad I have done the same thing to with my ex. I think a lot of people hope that if they get back together things will be different and chnage, sometimes it does,
but most of the time it doesn’t. This is apart of your healing journey, and life. Keep your head up! You deserve love and happiness!
I wish I would have stuck to it and not reached out. I thought once we got back in touch things were better, but it just really wasn’t. just more damage.
