I wanted to ask a question from the community, but I’d like to take this opportunity to remind you all of something more important than asking questions or giving answers: always remember, if you love someone, it’s okay to admit it. Don’t overthink it—love them. Be kind to them, protect them, and let go when necessary. If you are trying to get someone back whom you never want to lose again, letting go is important.
But if you’re here because you feel you have no other option—you want them, but you can’t do anything about it—trust me, have faith in God and pray.
Pray with me, my angels:
“Lord Jesus, I lift my relationship with [his name] to You. I ask for Your guidance, healing, and restoration in this situation. If it is Your will, bring him back to me in love and alignment with Your purpose. I trust You to work in our hearts and lives, even when I cannot see the outcome. Heal my heart and his heart, Lord. Remove any bitterness, pride, or confusion. Help us both to grow in love, patience, and understanding. Restore what has been broken according to Your perfect will. Lord, I release my need to control this. Work in our hearts according to Your will. Let love, peace, and Your plan prevail.”
Amen 🕊️❤️🩹

feels like how i used to write long prayers in my notes app. it was less about him and more about me needing somewhere to put the hope i couldn’t let go of.
i prayed too, asking for his heart to turn toward me again. even now i remember the comfort of saying the words out loud, like maybe i wasn’t carrying it all by myself.
i used to beg god every night to bring him back. i’d whisper the same prayer on repeat until i fell asleep. nothing changed, except i woke up pissed at myself for still wanting someone who didn’t want me.
amen
