what you wrote sounds like someone being cut out in real time. i had that too, the in-person part made it worse than any text. it leaves your body buzzing for hours.
it was horrible. it hurts so bad, but I have felt lighter today
i get that panic feeling, like your chest is closing in. i had it when mine said we should stop texting. it’s such a sharp hurt, like the ground drops under you.
i remember seeing him once after we said we’d try being friends. i felt sick, couldn’t breathe. when he finally said no more talking i wanted to smash my phone. it felt like being dumped all over again.
