How could he have been so in love with me and wanted to marry me only to tell me three years later that he doesn't know what being in love feels like? I gave every part of myself to him and it's been three months since he walked away and my mental health is only getting worse. I gave so much that I completely lost myself,and I'm going to be picking up the pieces for a long time while his world just keeps spinning. I gave up my life to be with him and now I've lost everything.

you’re describing that gap between what he said and what he did. i went through the same, and it was disorienting seeing how fast his world kept moving when mine didn’t.
i had nothing left when it ended. i didn’t even know what i liked anymore because i had built everything around him. it’s so painful watching their life keep going when yours feels broken.
Sometimes universe take something that not mean for you.. It's normal to feel that and i trust you can pass throught this things ❣️
If you still feel break and don't know go anywhere, i suggest you to take therapy, for me it's quite helping. Or you can go to your close friend, have fun, go outside or other else. No need rush to forget it but just let it flow and accept he not mean for you.
