I feel so hurt and I actually threw up from finding out she went back to her ex. I don’t understand how someone could do all of that and make you feel wanted and just leave.

the way you threw up says a lot. sometimes the body catches the betrayal faster than the mind does. i’ve seen people collapse or get sick when it all hit them at once.
my body reacted the same way. i couldn’t eat for days i’d get sick every time i thought about them together. it’s brutal when your heart and your stomach both can’t take it.
when i found out he went back to his old girl. i was shaking so bad i almost broke my phone. made me feel like i was just a filler until she wanted him again.
I felt that too, I threw up and hurt when I found out. but somehow i managed to control my feelings and emotions and now I let him whatever he wanted to do, it's his decision and i can't control that. I'm just focusing more on myself and healing the broken parts of myself
