you’re caught between wanting to act and knowing you can’t. been there, kept replaying every smile and word in my head. it eats up time, but it’s part of how the brain deals with it.
feeling the same, it hurt seeing her with someone else. i kept quiet and just let myself feel it, even if it was messy and ugly. it sucked but i survived.
i was in the same place crushing so hard while she laughed with someone else. felt like my chest was empty and all i could do was watch. i didn’t know what to do either nothing helped.
