so we just broke up 3 days ago and the reason was cause she cheated then I found out she had been doing it often with that guy and it broke me to the core and I miss the girl I met the first time idk what to do now cause I dont have people to turn to. I was going to marry her to and I am fixing to be off to basic training as well for the Air Force and idk how im going to do it without her.

Listen to Mel Robbins on youtube. When you lay in your bed and cant stop crying, get up and do something. I know its easier said that done, but get up, make your bed. Make your breakfast, coffe, clean your appartment , put music on. At night put Netflix on as background noise. I never where active on Social media but I follow some influensers on tiktok that invites me Daily live. I know it maybe sounds sill but it helps. Meanwhile you say motherf***** to yourself!! You can do it! What would you say to your 10 year old self? You would give him a hug and say it will better. Like Lady Gaga sings" when you killed me, i came a live inside". Be like Freddy from Queen on stage, kick ass!!! Really.

I know its so hard. Think about that the dream you had with her, the image and what you think is real, wasnt. People who love you, dont hurt you and lie. They communicate, make efforts to make you feel loved and safe. Look around this community. We are all hurt people who loved someone who broke our heart and soul. I had a crazy boyfriend and somewhere we have to realize that they have problems and issues with themself. I am sad to read what she did to you, you dont deserve that. Be with people who cares for you, plan things to do when you come home. My siblings took me to a concert, i talked to my coworkers. Bought myself flowers. i thinking about marriage too, already picturing a life together. when it fell apart i felt so lost like i had no one to lean on. it’s rough missing the version of her you first saw. i get that.

you are enough for yourself please try self help books devotional songs motivational songs and just remind your mind again and again that she is not the one she cheated once if you forgive her she will cheat again so just forget her I know it's a tough thing but just remind yourself that what is your boundaries you are not someone who is so casual that anyone can come and treat you how they want set your boundaries ❤️
