It hurts deeply but there’s nothing left to do she’s gone.
I keep asking myself was I ever truly enough for her? If my love was real if my intentions were pure—why did she still walk away?
She once told me she rarely catches feelings and warned me not to pursue her. She said I’d only end up hurt. But I held onto hope thinking maybe I’d be the exception.
Now she’s made it clear again that I never was. I thought I’d win her heart but instead I’m left letting go feeling like I lost.
