not knowing is hitting harder than the breakup itself. you’re circling around his silence, trying to make sense of it. i remember doing that too, refreshing my phone like it could tell me.
lying in bed wondering the same thing. i wanted some sign that he still thought of me. i never got the words but the wanting stayed for a long time.
i used to send paragraphs asking if she even cared anymore. got nothing back or just a cold line. it drove me insane cause i wanted her to feel what i felt. she never did.
Do not break the no contact. I promise you that it will only make you feel worse and then you will have to start over again.
