Rock bottom

you’re back under the surface, checking and unchecking and feeling everything again, that’s what i did for weeks.

lying in bed with my phone and wanting the world to stop, crying without big reasons, i let myself do tiny things, one minute or snack at a time.

i fell back into that black fog, kept refreshing his profile like it would mean something, hated that i still cared so much.
