Last night the memories hit me, I wanted (still want) to see you , to hug you, to say I love you.... but I couldn't send a message that I miss you and I want to see you. But if you call me I will come to you the same day, I will found a way to be there.

do you think you’d actually go if they called, or is it more about holding onto the idea of them? curious which part feels heavier for you.
I will go. We leave in different towns about 550km or 341,75 miles apart, if he calls me I will found a way to be there with him.
when the urge to reach them hits i write the whole message and don’t send it. gets the words out and keeps you from reopening wounds. helped me even if just a little.
i used to lie awake wanting the same things, to hug them, say i love you. i never texted either, but i’d have dropped everything if he called. that ache sucks. 😭
