im not sure i just feel like he is replacing not just me but our kids aswell
what helped me was letting myself feel it fully instead of pushing it down, then slowly refocusing on my own life. it takes time, and that’s fine.

i’ve been there. my ex moved on fast too, and seeing that news hit me harder than i expected. it’s okay to spiral a bit, it doesn’t erase your progress ❤️
