why cant i let go of him? why its so hard to move on...i want to forget him like he did, it hurts....remembering all the embarasing messages i sent him beging him and still get ignored.....he is so inlove with his new girl meanwhile am suffering or i was the problem in the whole relationship?

ave you been able to give yourself space from him at all? sometimes stepping back physically and digitally helps your brain stop replaying everything.
it sucks, but the only way i started feeling better was letting myself grieve fully, then blocking/muting him everywhere… it’s brutal at first, but it works.
ugh i feel this in my bones 😭 i begged and begged too, sent dumb messages, and he just moved on… took me months to stop overthinking every detail.
i think that its hard for u move on because you cared more, of course everyone has their own pace so please dont be frustrated. Just because he moved on faster (but you dont know what is he felling because maybe hes just distracting himself from grieve) doesnt mean you were the problem. please remeber that and take caro of yourself
