Today is 90 days of no contact. I'm proud of myself. It hasn't always been easy. It's been a real roller coaster of emotions since the breakup in May. I finally had the courage and strength to block him on my phone this week. It felt good to do so.

wow 90 days!! what helped you the most when the urge to reach out hit hardest?
My anger at him kept me from wanting to reach out, that and anti depressants. Also work, exercise, and family.
