i saw my ex this weekend, we had a drink.. hè say that he is in love with me, want to buy a house together, want children, want to get marry and all that stuff.. the next day he said he doesn't know what he said because he had drink too much... how can i get through this.. i don't know anymore

did he do stuff like this often or was it a one-time drunk confession? trying to understand if it’s just words or a bigger pattern
no this was the only time, he said sober that he thinks about us and maybe in the future we can back together
honestly, for me the best way was to step back and just observe their actions, not their words, especially when alcohol’s involved. it helps you see the real pattern
ugh i’ve been there… my ex would say all these wild things after a few drinks too. it messes with your head, i felt the same confusion and doubt for weeks
