He left me a note and then blocked me cutting off any chance for me to talk things through with him. It hurts so much that he sees me as the problem when really he’s been battling his own inner chaos the whole time.
All I ever did was love him support him remind him how grateful I was to have him. But every time we spent a few days apart he’d spiral and decide it was too stressful and suddenly say it wasn’t working anymore.
I can’t help it he’s still everything I want. The only thing that would make this pain ease is if he held me and said it’s okay. Or messaged me saying he changed his mind.
I know that won’t happen. But I’m shattered without him. Completely broken

this is raw and painful, and it’s okay to feel broken. try journaling or small routines to hold yourself together day by day. it helps more than you think.
ugh i’ve been there 😭 my ex ghosted me after blaming me for things that were never my fault. it feels like your chest is full of shattered glass
