16 days for me of no contact and how she discarded me and laughed when she said she's already talking to someone a week after still hurts. part of me wonders why she doesn't miss me at all to reach out then part of me wishes she never will.. I get triggers everyday the ci triller she bought me the blanket I sleep with now even hockey which her and her kids love is starting... I do wonder what will trigger her to reach out.. but again idk if I ever want it

in my case..she celebrates her birthday on 8 September ..and told me to wait for her call..she told me I would call you and then you could come to my birthday but after 3 hours of waiting when I called her her new boyfriend pick up the call and said 'I am her new boyfriend'.she had been forming a new relationship with that new boyfriend since 1 month and I trusted her that she would never do this kind of thing...but yeah she cheated on me..and now she transfers all of her guilt to me that because of me she cheated on me...i mean what ....but my foolish brain cant stop thinking about her and then I download this app

those triggers are brutal. what’s helped me a bit is putting away the stuff tied to her, even if just for a while. makes the air feel lighter.

ugh this hit me hard. my ex jumped to someone new right after me too, like i never mattered. i still can’t touch the hoodie she gave me. it’s crazy how small things become landmines
