I don't what to do guys because he already found someone new, and here I am pregnant and dealing with the heartbreak, while he is happy with someone new, but I can't cut contact of block him totally because hes paying child support and we need to talk about my pregnancy, it hurts so muchhh

are you getting support from anyone else through the pregnancy? like family or friends who actually show up for you?
Yeah, my mother, she's been amazing
the mix of needing him for support and hating that he’s moved on is a LOT. what helped me was keeping convos only about the kid/pregnancy, nothing personal. it saved me some breakdowns.
I hope I could do that too
i feel this in my chest. my ex moved on fast too while i was carrying all the weight alone. but i had to see him smiling with her while i was shattered. it’s brutal 💔
