when you say you’ll “leave him alone,” was that something he asked for or something you promised yourself?

what helped me was writing the texts in my notes app instead of sending. i still got it out of my system without breaking no contact.
i had the same thing but he dont want contact so i just think if im going to text him he is probably just thinking im annoying aand he is going to hate me more so if i ever want him back i just give it 1 month and then contact him with how are you and see if he wants to talk then

i remember that ache. i missed my ex so much i’d type out messages then delete them. i felt like i’d lose my mind if i didn’t reach out. it’s brutal
