After 70 days of no contact he turned up to my door, pissed off for my decision to block him! We talked, he apologised and obviously I couldn’t resist him but after that I felt bad, really bad, anxious, scared and sick! 2 days I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep and after that I decided to meet him in person to tell him that I can’t allow him to come back anytime he wants and for my mental health I can’t carry on with this!
He was angry and he said that I am a problem, I have trauma from my past( he even realised that he’s causing those issues)!
He said that I even don’t support him with money because he doesn’t have a job right now ( I feel like this is not my responsibility) and also he said that he has a friend ( nothing between them because of age, she is much older than him) and all the time he’s comparing her with me and she understands him much better than me!
And again right now, we are 3 days of no contact but it’s time to let him go and this time is forever!

I’m feeling much better! I’m again on my feet and I feel a peace of mind that I haven’t felt in the last couple of months with him! Thanks God 🙏
sounds like you’re really protecting your mental health, and that’s the right call. it’s okay to let go even if it’s messy. stick to your boundaries.
ugh i’ve been there 😭 after i blocked my ex, he showed up too and it messed me up for days. holding firm on no contact saved me eventually
