i broke no contact 🥲after 37 days

i broke contact multiple times, the last time he texting first and one week later i text again we meet up, things looks great and then he said he has no feelings, it was just alcohol. so i have a lots of regrets for breaking no contact all the times

do you think part of you wants him to text again, or are you more hoping he finally stops

when i didn’t know what to do, i tried to set one small rule for myself if he cross this line again i won’t respond. it helped me feel like i had some control back.
