i really need help with changing my perspectives,i just cant believe that men fall in love,that they do those romantic things to a girl and actually mean it,i cant believe that a man can change for a girl,i just cant believe that they love,i know im wrong but i cant change these thoughts, if anyone understood what i meant,could someone help?

when you think of men “not loving,” do you mean just your ex… or literally every guy you’ve seen? like do you believe your thoughts, or do you just feel them right now?
i dont want to believe my thoughts,i want to change the way i think and feel because i know its not true it just seems too hard,impossible
what helped me was remembering… people can lie, but that doesn’t mean love itself is a lie. sometimes it’s easier to say “all men” than to admit one man hurt you badly.
i felt the same after my ex cheated and lied about EVERYTHING. every good memory felt fake. i kept telling myself “guys don’t really love” just to protect myself. it took me a long time to realize my pain was painting all men with his face.
I dont know if I grasped it well but maybe you could start making comparisons. There are sweet cats and fiery cats, there are venomous snakes, poisonous snakes and harmless snakes. There are men who love and men who cheat. Try to break the generalization one by one
