Today I feel really well so I wanted to post something to help others. I am a teacher in the Army so I have many adult males in my class. One of them (26) had been telling me he was really in love with his woman. At some point he started telling me he thought it was going to be over soon. He actually said to her that he felt she was pushing him away and she said that it was true, that it was better to part ways. He was really sad, heartbroken. He couldnt sleep, big purple eye bags and he even started smoking again. All of that and he still sought out many girls he had talked to in the past. Sometimes they dont care, sometimes they care and dont show it, sometimes they care and they show it. We never know but the truth is we need to move, notwithstanding whats happening in the other person's heart. We need to care for our hearts❤️🩹

yeah, it sucks but you’re right—our hearts matter too. sometimes stepping back and letting go is the only way to heal
oh man, i’ve been there… watching someone i cared about fade while i tried to cling to him hurt like hell 😭 took me months to just focus on me.
