Guys i’m really hurting hey he broke no contact and he keeps going out on dates and I’m seeing it on his status that he is with someone and I literally asked him “who took the pictures” and i’ve been on read ever since, why am I doing this to myself

unfollow or mute him if you can. it’s not about pretending you don’t care, it’s about not feeding the wound every day. healing gets a lot easier when you stop seeing proof that he’s moved on.
kept checking his stories, wondering who was behind the camera. it’s like you know it’s gonna hurt but you still look anyway. that kind of pain is brutal
it happens I know the pain I’v been blocked by him still I got his id so I checked he’s ig today but to be honest yesterday I checked he’s account but I didn’t felt that bad seeing him with someone else it’s bcz I am giving my self enough time to heal u also do that u don’t need to block him u have to block those negetive energy by the times
