start small 💛 let yourself feel safe with little things first. journaling what scares you about love helped me slowly open up again.

i get this 😭 after my last heartbreak i didn’t think i could ever trust love again. it took me months to even let myself feel hope

cry it out, write everything down. Don't leave anything. Drink water and be in contact with someone who would just listen

Try falling in love with yourself. It's hard but worth it
